Discover Ecocure: the self-propelled Topdresser

Discover ELIET’s new self-propelled spreader, designed for garden experts. The Ecocure ZR WS is fully hydraulic, and stands out for its high working efficiency in all circumstances. Whether you’re topdressing a lawn, re-injecting rubber or cork balls into a sports field, amending land prior to sowing or spreading snow-clearing salt in winter, the Ecocure ZR WS provides comfort and performance with unfailing reliability. Probably the most complete self-propelled spreader in its category.
Compact, manoeuvrable and versatile
With only 90 cm wide, the new Ecocure ZR WS has compact dimensions that allow it to squeeze through the narrowest of passages with ease.
With its large-diameter wheels and wide, low-pressure tires, it’s easy to climb a stone edging or a sidewalk. Thanks to the intelligent positioning of the wheels, the pressure exerted on the ground is minimal and perfectly balanced, making it almost impossible to mark the ground and create ruts.
What’s more, the steered rear wheels are twinned, which means that the space between the front wheels can be covered, making manoeuvring more comfortable: the turning circle is limited to just 120 cm.

Innovative hydrostatic drive
The traction system, conveyor belt and spreading discs are driven by powerful, durable, maintenance-free hydraulic motors for a long-life use..
Travel speed is infinitely variable and can be set very precisely from 0 to 4.5 km/h, both forwards and backwards, all with a high level of operating comfort and without jerking.
The rotation of the conveyor belt and spreading discs is also progressive and continuously adjustable, enabling the Ecocure ZR WS to accurately distribute the material to be spread over a width varying from 1 to 8 M. This feature is particularly useful in winter when used on sidewalks with road salt.
Large loading capacity and maximum performance
Equipped with a 400 L heavy loading hopper that can be extended to 600 L by means of an optional extension, time wasted loading material for spreading is greatly minimised and the load capacity is increased up to 600 KG. The hopper still easy to clean and resists to corrosion.

With its slightly sloping shape, there’s no risk of wet and greasy material sticking to and clogging the walls of the hopper, and the 45 cm-wide conveyor belt ensures optimum conveyance to the opening chute and then to the spreading discs.
An agitator coupled to the progressive speed of the conveyor belt, and driven by a robust chain, prevents the material from compacting at the hopper outlet and also ensures that the material is well homogenised prior to distribution.

The Ecocure is a centrifugal spreader in which each component is driven by hydraulic motors, which gives it formidable strength and a sustained work rate. The conveyor belt has its own hydraulic motor, which is a guarantee of power and makes it almost impossible for the conveyor belt to slip. In addition, the conveyor belt is guided by a central groove that keeps it perfectly centered and by side grooves, preventing excessive fouling and loss of material.
The rotation speed of the spreading discs is proportional to the speed of the conveyor belt, which allows the spreading width to be adjusted comfortably from 1M to about 8M. Particularly useful when spreading road salt on sidewalks or driveways of varying widths. This speed is set very precisely from a second lever on the dashboard, from zero to maximum rotation speed.

Easy to move and transport
The Ecocure ZR WS can easily be transported on a trailer or inside a van.
Thanks to its hydrostatic transmission, the adhesion to the loading ramps is optimal compared to an equivalent machine equipped with a differential; The force distributed on the traction wheels is identical, which reduces the risk of wheel slippage when loading.
During unloading, even with a load of 600 kg, the descent is smooth and safe; The force exerted on the hydraulic traction motors allows for smooth unloading, the drive wheels do not lock and easily hold the Ecocure WS, which does not slip off the loading ramps or override its own weight in downhill manoeuvres.
Climbing a 10 cm curb is not an ordeal for Ecocure WS, the hydraulic traction motors have enough resources to tackle and climb obstacles smoothly, even with a heavily weighted loading hopper.
With Ecocure ZR WS, lawn care has never been so easy
All kinds of materials can be spread, such as loose sand, potting soil, peat, compost, lava or lime powder, granulated fertiliser, as well as rubber or cork balls on sports pitches.
In the face of climatic variations, Ecocure ZR WS makes a positive contribution to improving and stimulating the soil, and its favourable action increases drainage and aeration.

Engine power and ease of starting
The Ecocure WS has a Honda GX 390 petrol engine with a power of 13 HP, equipped with an electric starter but also a recoil starter.
Even after a long inactivity of several months and a completely discharged battery, the engine can be started effortlessly thanks to the recoil launcher without requiring any special effort; This engine is decompressed, and despite its significant power, no superhuman effort or particular dread is to be considered to start it.
Versatility during the winter break
Thanks to its compact structure and comprehensive equipment, the Ecocure ZR WS can also be used to spread road salt, making it the natural enemy of snow and ice.
Its two-disc distribution plate is depth-adjustable, ensuring excellent distribution of road salt even at low dosages.
The loading hopper, with its optional extension, can cover an area the size of 20 Olympic-sized swimming pools.
The distribution radius is infinitely and proportionally adjustable, allowing a working width of between 1 and 8 meters.
Clearing snow from sidewalks and urban car parks is made easier by the versatility and manoeuvrability of the Ecocure ZR WS.
